Caitlin Butler

Podiatrist

Caitlin graduated from La Trobe University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Podiatric Practice. She worked in Bendigo for her first 2 years in a busy private practice before returning to Melbourne. She loves all aspects of podiatry but particularly has a high interest in musculoskeletal injuries and ingrown toenail surgeries.
 
Caitlin is extremely passionate about the importance of a healthy lifestyle and getting back to daily and sporting activities as soon as possible. She understands the impacts injuries can have, having suffered many sporting injuries herself. 

Outside of work Caitlin enjoys going to reformer Pilates, playing netball, and loves to get out in the great outdoors with her beautiful GSD Maloo.  Caitlin is very passionate about water skiing and competes in ski racing events with her family throughout the warmer months.

Emily Mildren

Podiatrist

Emily is a Podiatrist who graduated from La Trobe University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Masters in Podiatric Practice. With a strong focus on enhancing foot health and mobility, she is dedicated to providing personalised and effective care for each patient.

 

Outside of the clinic, Emily enjoys diving into a good book and coaching a netball team. These hobbies bring a fun and balanced approach to life and work.

 

Emily is enthusiastic about making a positive impact in the field of podiatry and is committed to continuous learning and patient care excellence.

Hashan Fernando

Hashan Fernando

Podiatrist

Hashan Fernando is a dedicated Podiatrist who graduated from La Trobe University in 2018. Passionate about improving patient outcomes, he furthered his expertise with a Master’s in Public Health from The University of Newcastle in 2021, enhancing his understanding of health determinants and public health initiatives.

 

He co-authored a research paper on Angiolipoma of the first intermetatarsal space, published in Foot & Ankle Surgery, contributing to podiatric knowledge. Currently, he is pursuing studies to become a Podiatric Surgeon, aiming to provide advanced care and elevate the field.

 

Hashan enjoys helping patients get back on the "right" foot, whether through simple corn removals or complex procedures. He has a particular interest in treating biomechanical conditions and applies evidence-based practices to improve his patients' mobility and well-being.
